Candles Care

My ritual candles are hand-poured using a blend of pure beeswax and a touch of soy wax. This combination is intentional, designed to create a flowing, enchanting wax drip as the flame moves down the candle. Each candle is also dressed with herbs I either carefully forage myself or source through a trusted local botanist.

Because of the herbal coating, flames may grow larger as the botanicals catch fire. Please burn mindfully, and never leave a candle unattended !!

What are “dressed candles”? Why the herbs?

Candles are among the most versatile tools in a witch’s practice. They may be offered to ancestors, deities, or spirit guides, or used in spellwork tied to a clear purpose—such as love, healing, or prosperity. Each color carries its own symbolism (for instance, red for passion, blue for emotional healing, or purple for spiritual wisdom). When a candle is anointed with oils and rolled in herbs that align with the practitioner’s intent, the energy of the spell is amplified and tuned more precisely to the desired outcome.

All of my candles are created to be ritual-ready—carefully dressed and consecrated to support different spiritual intentions.

What are your candles made from?

I work with a unique blend of beeswax sourced from a Portland beekeeper and soy wax from Nevada. The colorants I use are clean and safe, free from toxins like phthalates, mutagens, and carcinogens.

Returns & Refunds

Candles:
I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for candles. While I take great care in packaging, shipping can sometimes be rough. If you selected Priority Mail, your order is insured for up to $100—it’s your responsibility to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. I do not send replacements, but even if a candle arrives a little bruised, it will still burn beautifully.

Other Goods:

For non-candle items, Priority Mail still covers up to $100 in insurance. If your parcel is damaged, please email me a photo of the item in its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. I will issue a refund for the product only if the request is made within that timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is dropped off at the post office, I cannot be responsible for what happens next. If you’re concerned about security, please reach out within 24 hours to add extra insurance to your shipment. (Note: Priority Mail already includes $100 insurance by default.)

If your order goes missing, please file a claim directly with your shipping provider. All candle sales are final.

How long does processing take?

I usually process and ship orders within 2–4 days, depending on order volume.

Pre-orders: Candles purchased during a pre-order release take longer—typically 1–2 months—as each is crafted with special care. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, depending on your choice, and always include tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

🌍 Everywhere else: I do ship internationally, though delivery times vary greatly and I cannot guarantee arrival by specific dates. Please note that I am not responsible for lost packages.
